Baggage Handling Service

• Please ensure that your belongings are kept in the Event Day Bag provided with your Race Entry Pack. Loose items will not be accepted.
• Runners may deposit their Event Day Bag at any Baggage Counter on Event Day from 4:00am onwards.
• Upon deposit you will get a serialized number - one for your Event Day Bag and one for on your bib.
• Present your Bib with the serialized baggage sticker attached to collect your Event Day Bag from the Baggage Tent.
• Runners are encouraged to pack light on Event Day and refrain from bringing valuables to the event.
• Runners are also encouraged to pass their belongings to their friends, family or trusted supporters before the race so as to avoid having to wait at the Baggage Tent for luggage collection after their race.
• The estimated waiting time for collection of deposited Event Day Bag during peak time (8:30am to 10:00am) may be up to 45 minutes.
• Any Event Day Bag that is not collected by 2:00pm will be donated to charity.

Note:

The Organiser will not be responsible for any loss and/or damage, whether personal or otherwise, for belongings and items deposited at Baggage Counter. The Organiser also reserves the right to examine contents of any Event Day Bag deposited at the Baggage Counter.

Baggage Handling Terms & Conditions

• The Organiser shall not be liable for any loss and/or damage, whether personal or otherwise, to any items contained in the Event Day Bag.
• Please do not deposit valuables.
• The Baggage Handling Service will be open from 4:00am to 2:00pm on the race day.
• Event Day Bags should not exceed the following size: 60 cm (L) x 50 cm (H) x 20 cm (W).
• The Organiser reserves the right to decline oversized bags.
• No re-deposit is allowed.
