MY MOTIVATION
Palliative Care is a neglected subspecialty in Malaysia. There isn't much glamour or money to be made. But one day everyone will need palli care so that they head on to the other side in a dignified manner having lived years full of life rather life full of years.
I also want to encourage more people to run, lose weight, and live healthily. It is not about fat-shaming because it is something we can change. We shouldn't sue body positivity as an excuse to complacent and not take action.
