How To Submit Record

To upload your GPX / TCX file, please follow the steps below:

Log in here
Enter your email address and password as per your race registration, and click ‘Continue’
Scroll down to ‘Submit Run Records’ and click ‘Enter Submission Portal’
Under 'KLSCM 2021 VR Race', click 'Continue'
Click 'Submit My Run' and choose 'Submit GPX/TCX'
Enter the requiered information and upload a GPX / TCX file of your completed run
Check the check-boxes and click ‘Submit’
Upon submission, it will be added to the Race Leaderboard

To upload your screenshots, please follow the steps below:

Log in here
Enter your email address and password as per your race registration, and click ‘Continue’
Scroll down to ‘Submit Run Records’ and click ‘Enter Submission Portal’
Under 'KLSCM 2021 VR Race', click 'Continue'
Click 'Submit My Run' and choose 'Submit Screenshot'
Enter the required information and upload a screenshot (maximum 3 screenshots) of your completed run from your device or app.
Your screenshots must clearly show the details of your run as follows:
1. Date, time of day and location;
2. Map;
3. Distance; and
4. Elapsed time (the duration from the moment you hit start to the moment you hit stop on your device. This includes stoplights, coffee breaks, bathroom stops, stopping for photos, etc. All stops, pause time and resting time count as part of your run time.)
Check the check-boxes and click ‘Submit’
Upon submission, it will be added to the Race Leaderboard

Important Notes:

Race record submission period is from 20 November till 11.59 pm on 30 November 2021 (GMT+8).
For the Race, submission can be performed only once, so please ensure you upload the correct activity file and that you enter the correct required information.
Individual rankings will be updated immediately, while team rankings will be updated when all 3 members have submitted their records.
E-certificates will be made available from 28 December 2021 to 31 January 2022.
