Team

Gather your friends, family or colleagues, form a team of 3 and set the challenge! Team members can be any age group and gender, and from anywhere around the world. Each team can register in any one of the 4 distances: Full Marathon (42.2 km), Half Marathon (21.1 km), 10 km and 5 km. Each member of a team runs the same distance; for example, if your team is registered for the 5 km run, each member of your team needs to run a distance of 5 km. 

Complete your distance anywhere outdoors, at a location of your choice any time between 12.00 am, 20 November and 11.59 pm, 28 November 2021 (GMT+8), using any GPS running device or GPS running app.

Ensure that you complete the full distance in one run (one continuous effort) by 11.59 pm, 28 November 2021 (GMT+8) and submit your record by 11.59 pm, 30 November 2021 (GMT+8).

Please note that the top 5 individual category finishers (male and female) for all distances and age groups, and the top 5 team category finishers for all distances will need to submit additional records (screenshots of heart rate, cadence and splits) for verification by 11.59 pm, 13 December 2021 (GMT+8). Failure to do so may result in automatic disqualification.

HOW TO REGISTER

• As a team leader, once you have formed your team of three and are ready to register, go to the KLSCM Website and click on the ‘KLSCM 2021 Virtual Run Register Now’ button.
• Select ‘Team’ as your category and choose any one of the four distances for your team - Full Marathon, Half Marathon, 10km or 5km, based on age requirement.
• Each member of your team runs the same distance. Only one distance per team is allowed.
• As a team leader (team member #1), you will be prompted to enter your team name, and the full names and email addresses of your other two members (team member #2 and team member #3).
• During registration, you are given the option to purchase KLSCM 2021 VR merchandise.
• Place your order and make your payment to complete the process.
• Upon completion of registration:
  • You will receive a confirmation email with an e-bib number.
  • You will receive a payment confirmation email if you purchase merchandise.
  • Your team members will receive an invitation email (complete your team registration) with a link to complete their registration. Upon completion of their registration, they will receive a confirmation email with an e-bib number. They will receive a payment confirmation email if they purchase merchandise.
