I am a passionate pacer who loves helping runners achieve their goals. New or slow runners need motivation along the way. Runners can focus solely on running and not worrying about splits.

MY MOTIVATION
I’m a steady, consistent runner focused on maintaining my speed and assisting other runners in achieving their goals. No doubt I can run faster, but I would rather pace steadily and encourage slow runners.
