General Running Clinic sessions 1 - 5.
Running format:
Boost Juice 10KM participants – Run 2 laps (5.4km)
Half Marathon participants – Run 4 laps (10.8km)
Full Marathon participants – Run 6 laps (16.2km)
Participants should run according to their own pace. No one should start a new lap after 8:45 am.
(Note: Distance per lap = 2.7KM)
